1) Per capita calorie intake should be less than 3000kcal per day.
This must be kept by every nation. This is important for sustainable development and avoiding food crisis, in addition to decrease carbondioxyde emission and to avoid population outbreak.
2) Increase of using lower trophic levels
Cattle should not feed on corns. We should eat corns directly. Maricultured fishes should not feed on plankton-feeding pelagic fishes. We should eat plankton-feeders directly. Although plankton-feeding pelagic fishes greatly fluctuate in abundance, fishers should switch their target and catch dominant fishes.
3) Avoiding discard of immature fish and bicatch of endangered species
